Welcome to VALR Supply Co. By accessing our website, purchasing products, or interacting with any VALR offering, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Use of Our Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with website functionality or security
- Use automated systems without permission
- Resell limited or serialized products without authorization
Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, limit quantities, or cancel suspected fraudulent activity. Payment is processed securely through authorized providers.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and brokerage charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in product pricing or shipping costs.
Delivery times for international shipments are estimates and may be affected by customs processing. We are not responsible for delays, seized shipments, or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.
Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
Estimated ship dates are not guaranteed. Production timelines may shift. Orders may ship in batches. Payment may be charged at time of order. Delays do not constitute breach of contract.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange except in cases of manufacturing defect:
- Personalized or custom products
- Limited edition serialized products
- Made-to-order items
- Products marked “Final Sale”
- Clearance or promotional items
Serialized & Limited Edition Products
Serial numbers are assigned during fulfillment. Specific numbers are not guaranteed unless explicitly offered. Replacement of defective serialized items does not guarantee the same serial number. Serialized products are final sale except in cases of verified manufacturing defect.
Shipping & Returns
Eligible returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued after receipt and inspection.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or our error. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, it applies only to the original product purchase price and will be issued to the original payment method.
Experiential & Digital Features
Certain products may include hidden, digital, or experiential elements. Participation is voluntary. Experiential components have no cash value and are not contests unless explicitly stated. Digital features are provided “as is” and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

All content, marks, designs, and product concepts are the property of VALR Supply Co. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
Warranty Disclaimer
Products are warranted only against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper care, modification, or accidental damage.
Except as expressly stated, products are provided “as is” without additional warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VALR Supply Co. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Fraud & Chargeback Policy
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or resale abuse. Orders flagged by payment processors or fraud detection systems may be canceled at our discretion.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in account suspension and restriction from future purchases.
We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks and provide order, delivery, and communication records to financial institutions. We may also recover fees and expenses associated with fraudulent chargebacks where permitted by law.
Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, our products, or your use of the website shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.
Arbitration shall take place in Massachusetts and shall be conducted on an individual basis. Class actions and collective proceedings are not permitted.
By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a jury trial and agree that arbitration is the exclusive means of resolving disputes, except where prohibited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without regard to conflict of law principles.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
