VALR Standard Guarantee
VALR goods are designed for durability and long-term use. We stand behind that standard.
If a VALR product fails under normal wear within a reasonable period, we will repair, replace, or credit the item at our discretion. This is not a warranty in the legal sense — it is a commitment we make because we believe in what we issue.
What is covered
Structural failure — seams coming apart, collar breakdown, print delamination — under normal wear. This means washing and wearing the garment as intended. If something fails because the garment was built wrong, we will make it right.
What is not covered
Damage from misuse, alteration, extreme wear beyond the garment's designed purpose, or normal fading and softening over time. Normal wear is the expected behavior of a well-used garment — it is not a failure.
Limited drops and commemoratives
Drops — including the 250th Anniversary Series — are issued as limited collectibles. They are subject to the same construction standards but are issued with the understanding that they are commemorative objects, not daily workwear. Normal care standards apply.
