Returns

Because VALR goods are built to order, our return policy reflects that reality.

Built-to-order products

Standard VALR goods are built to order and are not eligible for return due to a change of mind. We do not hold inventory that can be reshelved. If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will resolve it. See the VALR Standard Guarantee.

Defective or incorrect items

If your item arrived with a defect or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or credit at our discretion.

Limited drops and commemoratives

Items from the 250th Anniversary Series and other limited drops are final sale. They are issued goods — issued with purpose, for a defined window. We do not accept returns on issued collectibles.

Sizing returns

Please review the Sizing Guide before ordering. Because items are built to order, sizing-based returns are not available. If you receive an item that does not match the size you ordered, that is our error and we will correct it.
