VALR goods are built to order. This means we do not hold inventory — each item is produced and shipped after your order is placed.
Production & Fulfillment
Because VALR uses print-on-demand manufacturing, your item is produced after you place your order. This typically adds 3–7 business days before the item ships. This is not a delay — it is how built-to-order production works.
Standard Shipping (US)
Standard US domestic shipping is 5–10 business days from shipment. Expedited options may be available at checkout. We ship via established carriers — specific carrier selection is determined by our fulfillment partner at time of shipment.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times and costs vary by destination. Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not control customs clearance timelines.
Drop-specific timing
Products in active drop windows ship when production is complete for your order. If you order during a window, expect the standard production + shipping timeline regardless of when in the window you ordered.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order leaves the fulfillment center. If you do not receive tracking within 10 business days of your order, contact us at [email protected].
